Ingredients

• 2 oz Fundy Gin

• 1/2 oz brine (suggested: pickled red onion)

Directions

• Add gin and brine to mixing glass with ice

• Stir 21 times and watch colour dilute to a nice pale pink

• Single strain into martini glass

• Garnish with pickled red onions
