Arugula Gimlet

Ingredients

• 2 oz of Fundy Gin into a shaker

• 1 oz of lime juice

• 1oz of simple syrup

• Fresh arugula

Directions

• Add all ingredients into a shaker

• Add some ice and shake

• Fill a glass with ice

• Fine strain into your glass

• Garnish with a lime wheel and some fresh arugula
