The Dark Cider

Ingredients

  • 1 oz Rapture of the Deep Molasses Moonshine 

  • Semi-sweet or dry cider

  • 1 oz black currant berry syrup or jam

  • Whole lime

Directions

  • Squeeze half lime into tall mixing glass with syrup and moonshine, cut slices of lime wheels to add as well

  • Add scoop of ice and muddle with bar spoon

  • Top with more ice and add cider to fill glass

  • Stir and mix all together

  • Add final lime wheel as garnish
