Ingredients

  • 1 oz Rapture of the Deep Dark Molasses Moonshine 

  • 1 oz Diver’s Envy Spiced Molasses Moonshine

  • 1 oz sweetener (suggested: maple syrup)

  • Full fat whipping cream (generous amount)

  • 1 oz milk product (suggested: oat milk)

  • Egg yolk

Directions

  • Add gin and brine to mixing glass with ice

  • Stir 21 times and watch colour dilute to a nice pale pink

  • Single strain into martini glass

  • Garnish with pickled red onions
